Andy uses extensive experience with racing and working in elite level cycling. Whether you are commuting, leisure cycling or racing, a good bike fit makes a huge difference in comfort, performance and prevention of injuries.
Bike Fitting Exeter
Andy looks at your bike-fit from the view of a therapist, without the need to up-sell you new components for your bike. Unlike a regular bike-shop fit, Andy understands how the body functions and responds on a bike, and can address and resolve musculo-skeletal issues at the same time.
Based in central Exeter, the focus is on getting cleat, saddle and bar positioning right.

Tailored Treatment Plans Available
You will need to bring your bike, shoes and cycling clothing as you will be assessed on and off the bike. You may also need a towel as it can get warm riding on the turbo.
A sports therapy treatment is included in the price, dependant on the results of the musculoskeletal screening, and a full range of Soft Tissue Treatments, Chiropractic and Orthotic services specific to your cycling needs are available (at additional cost and session times). These can be discussed during the bike-fit if required as bio-mechanical issues are often key factors in positioning on the bike.
Depending on your choice of fitting session, you will receive a customised and conclusive report, with pre/post-fit findings and final measurements of your session.
Please note any cleat wedges fitted are charged at an additional £3 per wedge.
Bike fitting takes place at Heavitree Road Chiropractic Centre, 15 Heavitree Road, Exeter, EX1 2LD. Public parking is available.
